Sagoe Wedding - from my kitchen

A little over zealous... but was fun!
A wedding gift for my friends -
12",  9", and 6"
6" - Vanilla Cake with Vanilla BC and layers of Rasp Mousse and Rasp preserves
9" - Devils food cake with chocolate BC
and layers of  Rasp mousse, rasp preserves and thin layer of mocha chocolate BC
12" - coconut cake with lime mousse and coconut BC
 

3 tier cake with 2 decorated side cakes

Princess cake

Princess cake - 3 layers with strawberry jam, whipped cream and pastry cream
Vanilla BC used for piping and pre-bought flowers used for decor
Draped with colored Marzipan

Christmas fun...300 yule logs

chocolate BC with mocha BC on ends, chocolate glaze for spirals and marzipan for mushrooms and real pinecones and greenery.

Faux wedding cake for wedding expo table

My boss used this to teach me how to do a fondant cake - she colored the fondant and draped the bottom layer, I draped the middle and top layers and smoothed them. Fondant was draped over Styrofoam with egg whites for quick dry and easy set up for wedding expo. The topper is a salt and pepper shaker set. 

I cut out, veined and dried each leaf and "glued" them with BC around each tier
